I picked up a set from John as well (via ebay, paid $180 I think.) They were in
excellent used condition, but I took them apart anyway to clean them up a bit,
replace needles for the anticipated state of tune of my engine, replaced the
waxstat jets and poppet valve throttle plates with older style parts, etc.
I can't wait to try them out.
