Yes!

You're not wetting the walls of the intake manifold soon enough.  If you're
running SU's, try  the next richer needle.  If running a carb with an 
accelerator
pump, go one hole or step more on the pump or alter the pump cam.

Nice head, now lets make it work sweetly!
