You mean Dunlop (goldseal) bias ply 520 x13s?
Or some electric tape on 17" rims? Both work, it's all a matter of 
taste, stlye, or lack of.
I prefer 165/70s on all my spridgets. A nice all around semi wide tire.
I am looking into some 205/50s when I wear out the 175s on my Bugeye.
If you are going to drive it, get radials.
