this one is a tough one as you will be modifying the pick up and then
creating a trap door set up that will drive you nuts and your best
fabricator buddy insane in a tiny space! you'd do better making a scraper
and leaving it at that! possibly a windage tray? but! that takes some
serious design work and it's subject to vibrations that over time could
result in it's fracturing at fastners and becoming flying shrapnel in a
running motor! you really must know what you are doing in the design and
execution or you will be doing a ton of damage for a short term gain. do
not even begin to head into the increased capacity pans for that extra quart
capacity! those were some wild looking pans!
