I found the replacement stuff from Vic Brit too thick.
So I went to the fabric shop and bought some felt, cut strips and it
worked fine. That was a long time ago, I have much better side curtains
now. Bakers (period accessory) but not OEM. They use a rippled stainless
steel spring for anti rattle and no felt. Not bad at keeping out the
rain too. And I now have real glass instead of plexi for curtains so I
can even see out of them :)
We'll see, it always rains whenever me and my Sprite are in PennsylRAINia!
