Well, as you know...
any time man gets together with machine,
there is always the chance for accident.

On the other hand, the guys at Old Rhinebeck, NY have been flying WWI
aircraft (many of not replicas...they are
the real thing, restored) for over 40 years
without human harm (knock on wood).

We do a lot more damage (percentage-
wise) out on our highways every year.

This having been said, there is no way
around the emotional impact of being
there and witnessing such an event.  

Life is so very fragile we never like to be
reminded of this for obvious reasons.
