Never thought I'd see the day when the Spridget Class at an All British car
show would have more cars in it than the rubber bumper B class. Today was that
day. There were 9 Spridgets and only 5 RB MGBs on the field today at MG Car
Club - Long Island Centre's "The British are Coming!!!". There were 6 MGT
series cars, about a dozen Chrome Bumper MGBs, 3 Healey 3000s, Joe Curto's
Morris Minor Panel Van, a Lotus Cortina, a TVR Vixen, a 63 Mini, 2003 Mini S, a
Sunbeam Alpine, 7 Jags and about 30 Triumphs.
Very enjoyable day at a really nice show sight. Thanks to all the individuals
who helped make this day possible and to MGCC-LIC and North American MGB
Register.
