Anyone have a good center section I can swap in "Little Bits"? Ours is
howling pretty good at speed and has all the signs of needing rebuilt or
replaced. I've heard this noise enough times in other cars, so I'm darn
sure it's not just low lube or something. Getting on or off the throttle
makes it worse. I changed the lube again and it didn't make any
difference. I'm not afraid to rebuild it, but would think a good used
one is common enough to be a better cost option. Are all the centers the
same for all years or will I need to find a year range for a Bugeye? We
have taller tires, so I can stick with the stock ratio, but will
consider other ratios too.
