NOS Locators have been around about 20 yrs. I'm not certain, but I suspect
they are connected with Scarborough Faire, another supplier in the Providence
area. Last time I bought something from NOS Locators was about 15 yrs ago,
didn't have any problems, but don't know anything further since then.
