It is very hard to get a drivers license in Germany and to get a car  
registered. Which means that they have good drivers in safe cars. It is  
truly a pleasure to drive the autobaun, but you had best have an eye in  
the mirror for the fast movers. Unlike America where we had might as  
well give drivers licenses away in cereal boxes.
It sounds like we'll be seeing this story in Penthouse Letters soon.
