"I bet Cap'n Bob....."

Who, me???

Well....you can roll any aircraft
with the proper speed and
"entry attitude" but you never heard it
from me. I mean I'm a civilian regional
airline pilot who flew staid, 'ole mini-buses
so how would I know anything about
acrobatic flight??

heh, heh,heh,heh....enough to save my
a$$ and those of all aboard when my
little airliner got rolled in the wake of a
747 going into Newark one day long ago,
so I guess I know something about thanx
to an acrobatic course I had the foresight to take back circa '71.

Otherwise, could've ended up
dropping into Frank's back yard unannounced....very bad form! :)

On the first public outing of the Boeing
707, the factory PIC rolled the aircraft
on it's last flyby the crowd. You see this
every once in a while on the History
channel or Discovery "Wings"...pretty
impressive for it's day considering the
aircraft's relative size and planned
application.

The engineers and execs. about had a
cow but the President of Boeing gave
the guy a bonus (as God intended and as it should be!!:).
