You've got to remember that it's not just the big things
that are annoying. Try to take some time to stop and appreciate the
little things too - they can be just as irritating.
Instead of getting annoyed about a slow driver in a a giant SUV, try to
get steamed about someone's license plate or something. Take the time
to notice that the guy over the road is doing, well, something
annoying. Oh - and here's a good one - try getting really @#$#%!! about
birds singing. Once you can say "Those #@$@#$&#! doves" and mean it,
you're well on your way.
