Seems like a lot of work to save $2.99 on a gallon of antifreeze? You
got the block drain so it will be fine.

Hey All,

I have a 1098 in a car that I need to drain for the winter. I pulled
the radiator hoses and the drain plug on the side of the block. I also
pulled the heater core out of the car.........

Am I "out of danger" freeze-wise???? (or is there still enough water in
the block to push out freeze plugs?

I've been successful with draining 1275's in the past but I don't have
any prior expierence with the 1098..........
