Frank is right--that 2nd circlip is a real b***h to get to.  But here is a 
tip--go buy some very cheap "Clarici Seal of Disapproval" taiwanese needle-nose 
pliers at your local Crap n" More tool store.  Grind them down on a grinder 
until the whole thing (in front of the hinge) is very flat and narrow.  Grind 
the tips very small and with just a bit of a "tooth" on the inside.  These 
should fit right in there, into the holes of the circlip, and a good squeeze 
and 
pull and it should (keyword:  "should") slide out.
