Diane and I took Tetanus (the huge Healey) to the Brit show at Mecer
tile works in PA. It was a semi nice day for a Fall drive.
Tetanus ran perfectly for the 200 mile round trip.
It was nice to see some old friends (yes Larry YOU are old) and meet
some new faces from the list.
And Tetanus won it's first award. 2nd Place Healeys, not bad considering
I was the ONLY Healey there. Well they did have me grouped with the
Healey Sprites too. And first place went to the better of the models, a
nice Blown Bugeye Sprite.
As for the girlyman pink paint, the Ladies love it :)
Let's face it guys, everything we do is to impress the ladies.
Nice day, nice show, great people.
Oh yeah, the Healey runs great at 90 mph. It shakes and shimmies at
55-65 so I kept it above 70 for most of the trip.
