I use my garage door. Pull back about a car length and toe them in a 
bit. Then out on the dark street I make sure they are high enough to see 
the stop sign 1/2 a block away. Now walk ahead of the car by 1/2 a block 
at look at it with the lights on, do they look "correct"?
If you get flashed and your high beams are not on, lower them, if you 
can't see the road, raise them ;)
Seriously, I use my garage door. Mark it with a known good car's 
headlights, now move the Midget to the same spot.
