I get some Spam also, but it's really a small amount. Maybe 4 or 5 a day.
Out of the number of emails I get it's a pretty small amount.
Now on my Juno account I get more than that every day with some pretty
graphic pictures, too! I'll be closing that one soon.
How I've gotten on some mail list on one account and not on the other leads
me to believe that someone is just using some purchased lists.
Remember the guy in Virginia who was just prosecuted for spam mailing, was
sending out something like 10 million messages per day and making about
$3500 a day doing it. So, why should they stop? It's really lucrative!!
He was doing it automatically, and didn't need to be there to tend his
systems!
