Yes, that is a slight over-simplification. MM does give you an online form
under the "Contact US" link at the top of the page which effectively emails
them, but VB's "Contact Us" link merely gives phone numbers. If you go to
VB's FAQs, you find one that specifically lists times and phone numbers,
anil-mail addies, and NO mention whatsoever of the concept of email. I have
to think that the absence of an online catalog and email GOTS ta hurt
sales...
