Hi folks,

One of the PO's of my '66 Sprite must have hit the trip meter reset knob
with his knee or something. As a result the shaft is slightly bent, but
worse, the shaft broke through the cross drilled hole used to secure the knob.

Does anyone have the shaft and knob in your spare parts bin that you would
be willing to part with?

The Shaft - it is the one used to reset the trip meter. It is about 3
inches long, is cross drilled on one end to secure the reset knob and is
machined down to about 1/16" dia over about 3/8" on the other end where the
gear to twirl the trip odometer is located. The shaft is about 3" long and
1/8" in diameter.

The knob - I've never seen one either for real or in a picture.

Pls contact me off-list. Thanks!
