Greg, Greg, Greg. . .
First let's get one thing straight. The house owns you! You are now a slave
to drippy faucets, various leaks, drips, and out-and-out floods, decay,
. . . Oh, Greg, the list goes on and on. Does the house that owns you have
its own septic system? If so, go back and read all the recent comments
about colonoscopy. Life boils down to "pipes" whether it is a septic
system, a colon, or LBC brake lines or even LBC wiring. Different things
just flow through them. (Even if you are on the city system, the clog will
be between the house and the city line so you're not off the hook).

You were on the right track with the rope. Keep trying (think tourniquet)
and try to get the tire bead as tight to the wheel as possible. Wiggle the
tire up and down (tire laying flat on the ground). AND KEEP YOUR FINGERS
AWAY FROM THE BEAD!!
