I was going to point out the stupid inconsistencies, but when you 
pointed out it was Louisiana, that said it all.  Bless you my son.

You know, many cities have their police mottoes painted on their cars.  
You know, "Proudly serving," "Protecting the public", "People are our 
concern."  I could never understand the motto on police cars in 
Louisiana until the hurricane came.  Now, the motto means something"  
"Radar by day.  Crowbar by night."
