My book also says # 3 drill....which is .2130 inches.....which is 
5.4102mm.....so I'd say close enough with the 5.4mm drill!

Locktite the socket screws with red Loctite and fuggadaboutit....clean 'em 
out nice though with some cancer causing solvent.
