Cooling does NOT change above 60 mph regardless of humidity.  So  
there is no reason to travel over 60..  heh..

.. and LOTS of water!  No when you are thirsty but well before that.   
You must force yourself to drink more.  Lots of Army volunteers had  
to suffer to gain this info BTW!
