Paladin deprived, but I'm old enough to remember a
game show round 1970 called Split Second, where if you
won they gave you the key to a car. There were 5 cars
in the studio, the key fit only one. The cars were all
affordable, they'd usually have a Corvette and a
Firebird and 3 station wagon type things. You had to
choose. Each day a car was eliminated. If you're on
Split Second in my world, the two cars left would be a
S1 Lotus Elan or a boat tailed Alfa Duetto. Which do
you pick? To make them perfect, the Alfa comes with an
oil recovery sytem nd the Lotus with fire
extinguisher (I'm 2 for 2 on Lotus fires under my
watch).
