I heard a story on this on NPR this morning.  I can't remember all the 
specifics, but they said the deal on the Oklahoma plant fell through. 
Something about their American partner backed out, etc.  Now they're 
exploring other options like co-branding, I assume with an existing American 
automaker?

Bottom line, I wouldn't expect to see one of these in the States any time 
soon, if ever.
