Well, The Times seems to have pulled the story on the Volvo fire recall,
but here is the one from The Telegraph:

The Times may have pulled it because ot said the recall number was in
the thousands, where The Telegraph places it in the 300's. Volvo is
blaming the problem on Robert Bosch. Perhaps The Times had it confused
with the Volvo recall last year because of fire that involved about
300K+ cars across the line.
