Ron, time to start the tradition.  You want your attorney to write  into the 
sales contract that the seller will be responsible for any future EPA  
issues...of course that my queer the deal too.  Lots of old places with  
underground 
oil tanks and fuel tanks filled them with sand in the 80's and I'd  worry that 
someday some geek in DC with nothing better to do will go looking for  them.
