I don't mean to hijack your thread but I don't understand why anyone
would call Mo$$ unless they absolutely have no alternative.
PPP (Peter C) can get you the same or better stuff, cheaper, with
better customer service.
If PPP is not to your liking, Paul A can get most things.
If PPP and Paul are not to your liking, Ed would love to help you get
what your LBC needs.
I have never had a problem with VB or Mo$$. But, I think getting
parts from a fellow list member is definitely a better way to go.
Just look up the stuff in the Mo$$ or VB catalog and then call WW or
surf over to www.nosimport.com and give them a try. Or, try
justbrits.com. Like I said I never had a problem with the big two
usual suspects. But, I have heard horror stories. I've never heard
anything bad about PPP, at least not where parts and customer service
are concerned.
