How about this, my cousin just went through FEMA training and is  expecting 
to be called out to CA to appraise the damage and record it for the  feds.  He 
says everyone the FEMA guys see that has to move out of their  house (guess 
you gotta move if it's ashes) gets a 19" TV, purchased with our tax  dollars.
 
So, call your congressmen (or woman, Pelosi) and tell them you wont settle  
for anything less than a 52 inch plasma HD....it's California for  Christsakes!
 
Just trying to be constructive and pro-active.
