[Spridgets] Rose Joint/Rod End/Heim joint

Anybody know where I can find this type of Rose Joint?

It is the type that allows removal of the ball.

Have searched the web and this is the only one that I have found. Problem is 
that every joint of this type shows up on a search so there is a lot of crap 
to wade through.
