I don't think Jim means mentally deficient people per se, just those that
act that way. There does seem to be a lack of common sense out there. I
don't
propose lining up all the fools against the wall and shooting them, and I'm
pretty sure Jim doesn't either...ammo costs too much to waste it that way.
But I definitely reserve the right to bitch about them.
