No- the real old vandervells have cosmoline like wax
(thanks Frank) and sometimes 'the black plaque" which
I clean off (gently). This is different, I'll get the
scoop tomorrow (well, later today). No biggie, I did
the brakes instead. 70 more days till racing season.
