Does anyone have a good way of tightening the electrical posts on
the Ignition Sw? On two different Sws. I have had one of the posts
get floppy and make poor contact. I used a punch to flatten the rivet on
one, but got a little carried away and cracked the phenolic plate. I am
wondering if it is possible to solder the rivet and post together, but
am guessing I would need to use acid flux which is hard to totally remove.
Any Clever solutions?
