When nothing else works: I drill them out to the point I can use a standard
EZ-Out.

I start with a small drill hole/EZ-Out combination and work up. The small
ones can be ruined fairly easy due to the torques involved. Eventually
you'll reach a hole size where pieces of the bolt will come out. Then you
continue fishing these out; then re-tap the hole to get the rest. 

We just do the best we can do without going to $pace age technology. ...bill
