I couldn't agree with you more. It's just that, after reading your post, you
seemed to attribute blame, at least in part, to the "baby-killing lefties".
BTW, I do have to say that that was one of the most despicable things you
could say about half of this country no matter which side you are coming from.
It's too damn bad we can't differ in our opinions without resorting to that
kind of vile garbage. I don't think either side of the debate deserves to be
labeled "baby-killers". That's just cheap crap and beyond the limits of what
our variety of listers should have to read. That reminds me of the crap that
our soldiers faced when coming home from Viet Nam. And that is just MHO.

Can you say autocross...for boats?!?
I believe I'm correct when I say that this is a bit north of me in Hood
River, Oregon.
Within the past two weeks, we had a local boat racer (same boats) killed as
he went down a "new" stretch of the famous Rogue River. Our 100+ year old dam
was just removed...thank you tree-hugging, save everything but people,
baby-killing lefties...and this 39 year old along with his 13 year old son
went down a totally untested section of the river, lost control and all were
thrown out of the boat. The boat came down on the pilot. Did I mention the
boat was going 100 mph!!!.
Anyway, watching this type of boat racing is quite exhilarating. When
younger, I skied behind them...fun.
