This is not Kalifornia. When Larry said they were racing with Mustangs it
was not true, the track is private property so they were feral horses, you
see in Nevada they only become Mustangs protected by federal law when they
are on BLM property, 90% of the state, and otherwise they are fair game. Why
would we care about a little oil spill when half the state glows in the dark
already.

Or this.... A group of racers, and their loyal "mechanic" buddies,
sometimes spill oil, brake fluid, spray copious amounts of brake
cleaner, and maybe some body fluids in the haste to make the next race......
... and the new buyers have to clean it up.
