[Spridgets] No LBC....PC speed

I don't care what my connection speed is since its never fast enough when I
need the extra oomph, but its stable and I have a static IP.

My warning to all; if you do a speed test, please be alert and make sure you
use a speed test site that does just that.  NO reputable testing site will
ask you for a free trial of some registry cleaner or have pop ups for other
offers.
