It is belt driven, has a Model A Ford 3 speed transmission (added) and
has an electric motor.
I saw it work, the electrics need some TLC as it was probably converted
to electric in the 30s
Lord knows the motor weighs enough, is 110 volts and mounts on a pivot.
Motor and Model A trans are the counter weight for the belt.
I will know a bit more once we clean it up, maybe paint it and
re-assemble it in my basement IF we can get the cradle around the corner
and down the basement stairs. The cradle probably weighs 1000 pounds and
it's stripped of everything.
It's still in my truck, and will remain there until tomorrow.
