I broke a HF impact socket.  I took it back for exchange and the lady
told me I should bring back the whole set because they would rather
exchange the whole set than open a set and give me one replacement.
HF quality is not far behind Craftsman nowadays.  I do admit I'll grab
a Craftsman screwdriver over a Snap-On or Wiha when it is time to pry
because finding a Snap-On or Wiha dealer is harder than going to Sears
once a quarter or so and exchanging.
