Yes on the Labour Day weekend run.
I bought the VW new in 1965 and raced it in 1967 and 1968.
It sat in my garage until the 1980's. I sold it to a fellow in the Portland
area and it sat up there until Steven Smith found it.

I believe the beetle was originally built by Doug Blackburn back in the mid
'70's. Also it ran at our Columbia River Classic on labor day weekend.
