I swapped out my generator earlier this year when the re-built  one went =
bad on the way to French Lick.
I put on a Lucas from O=E2=80=99Riley Auto =E2=80=93 I do notice that =
when you first start up the car the red light glows till=20
you blip the engine to 2500 to 3000 RPM =E2=80=93 after that no glowing =
light even at low idle.
Guess that=E2=80=99s the norm.
