Update tonight, I removed the Facet pump and tested it on my new Interstate
battery that I hadn't installed yet and it works so I looked over the last
install from last year and I see I didn't attach the ground from the pump
directly onto the metal body but had sandwiched the thick rubber pad first.
Reinstalled after grinding metal for a good contact and did the same for
the bolt on the inside of the body for a better ground. Installed the new
battery and new battery cables after grinding the metal connections clean
with a dremel and wire wheel. Added new fuel filter and it got too late to
connect the terminals and fire her up.

Tomorrow is another day.
