There's been a couple of programs to do that on the ftp.team.net site for
quite some time.  One is a Unix spreadsheet, misc/gear.sc, one is an
excel spreadsheet, misc/tires/excel.  There's even a c program from over
a decade ago. misc/tires.c, if you want to play with that.
