ok fellow spridget racers..(and anyone else with a decent suggestion)
got some cluthch problems here but cant figure it out..
wont disengage..
i just put this thing together and have about 1 hr on it.
tranny shifts fine with engine off.
tranny fresh rebuilt by winners circle.
new master/slave/lines..matched set
bled correctly hold pressure fine, slave rod moves about 5/8"
rod length correct? 3-1/4"
without being dissasembled i can see the throwout and it looks intact.
old pressure plate looked good before installation
old clutch disc (solid center) looked like allot of life left. (slots still
clutch in material)
bent clutch fork?
disc hanging up somehow?
pressure plate screwing up?
i'm going to take it apart of course, but am befuddled at the cause..
ive got to solve it pronto because we are going to try for ELVF..
anyone heard from denato lately? he still sell those slickity aluminum
flywheels?
are they worth the money? are they streetable?
anyone care?
