21: Handbrakes can be converted to a "fly off" type (which do not
lock on unless the button is pressed down). Remove the handbrake
and replace the `L' shaped ratchet catch with one that you have
made as a "mirror image" of the existing one.

I remember someone had a page on how to change the hand brake on a LBC from
push the button to unlock to a throw off operation where you have to push

button to lock the brake.
