Yeah, it's a 200' walk to the house from the shop, and on this particular
evening, the temps are on their way down to 10 degrees, with 30 mph winds.
Having a sink in the shop with warm water is a good thing.

If it is nasty, grudgy grease, that is what God made latex gloves for.
If it is for normal, run-of-the-mill oil, grease and dirt, that is why I
keep a canister of Chlorox (or in my cheap case) Costco surface wipes
handy. Beats the snot outta going inside to dirty up a sink just to
switch to a clean job in the garage.

Seriously, consider tankless. Propane ain't cheap anymore.
