Blower wiring

I have the 2 speed blower and have a question as a hookup the new wiring
harness. In the shop manual under the chapter on the heating system, it
shows the hot wire that runs to the switch connected to something
refered to as A4. It looked like to me they are refering the #4 location
on the fuse block. However, on the wiring diagram in the shop manual it
shows this connection to the #4 terminal on the ignition switch. Which
one is correct or does it really mater?
