Mark,

At The Woodley Park British Car Day, this summer, a bunch of us hauled
our Tigers over to show them off. Had a great time looking at all the
nicely restored old British cars I used to own.

Saw a Triumph TR8 V-8 convertible for sale, of the last ones made
('80's, I think?), which was in superb original condition, fuel
injection, very low mileage for around $6500. I was tempted, but I can't
have all the toys in the world. IMHO, this seems a much better route
than a hot-rodded MGB, especially with the rubber baby buggy bumpers.
