I phoned the owners on both these ads. Here's what I found:

The first car belongs to Lou Anderson. Many of you may remember it from days
gone by. It is highly modified, and for years was a successful autocross/solo
II winner. One of the first Tigers with a C-4. Used to demo the Anderson
Accurrate Ackerman kit (now removed). White. Lou has all original pieces so
car could be returned to original (a LOT of work). Many extra Tiger parts and
pieces.

The current owner of car #2 has had it 15 years. He was one of the founders of
the San Diego Automotive Museum. Also owns a Cobra, 2 Jensen Interceptors, a
Mini-Cooper, etc. The car is Mk IA serial no. B382002539, Code 86 Green. A
SoCal car with black plates. Rebuilt original 260 with Offy manifold and
small Holley. Front X-member rebuilt and stiffened. Sounds straight and
pretty original. Car is about 15 minutes from me. Would be glad to check it
out for anybody who's really interested.
