Bad habit, someone may overhear you, Tony.

Anyway, the American cars of the era used combination master cylinders/boosters.
There was an exception in the early (1955 or so) T-Birds that used a remote
American servo, similar to the Sunbeam, and these are still available and used
successfully.  These have been discussed on the list before.  New Lockheed units
are also available.
